1770s/1780s " Militia Certificates " listing of 19 Virginia Men w/ amounts owed

This is an original document, a contemporaneous listing made in the 1770s or 1780s of Virginia men who appear to have been owed military pay.  This document is from the papers of Capt. John Watts and William Watts of Prince Edward County, Virginia document.
In pounds, shillings and pence--I believe.  A huge sum of money--over 657 pounds.
Listing of 19 names and amounts owed.  William Watts is one of the ones listed.  The area at left appears to be a cut-out area where--perhaps--the listed men were given the amount that had been cut out as some sort of receipt or record of what they were owed.
"Military Certificates" clearly shown on the reverse where this was folded.
There is edge wear and staining.  This is a two-page document on watermarked paper (A "B" above a ".").  The size is about 12" x 5 1/2" plus the little un-separated area at the top.
