Offering an original 1966 Aston Martin DB6 press kit covering the DB6 GT Coupe and DB6 Shooting Brake wagon. Exceptionally rare piece
Includes a 2 photographs (Coupe and Shooting Brake), a 3 page folder, sales brochure, a press release document, outer folder and mailing envelope. Also includes a 14 page brochure for Taittinger Champagne and a press release linking the champagne and Aston Martin to James Bond (a great product tie-in by the PR agency)
Press kits were only available to automotive journalists and are very rare as a result.
Outer envelope measures 9" by 12"
Condition: The sales brochure has been folded in half originally to fit in the kit. Both press release documents have corner bends and curled / bent right edges. Caption sheets were originally glued to the photos but have separated. There is some wrinkling to the folder and the photos appear to have darkened with time (unsure of this). Overall, however, a very nice original kit and a rare find related to some of the most iconic cars of all time.

See description for exact condition. While all major flaws will be stated above, even literature in "excellent condition" may have minor flaws such as light corner wear, small creases near staples, etc. If condition is a concern, please confirm with me before bidding.
