40000$ for my 1/2 intrest of undived land(total of 66 acres/ 3 tracts), myself owning my own deed to transfer to you to start your hunting retirement dream at the price of a car. Conveniently located roughly 7 miles outside of Wytheville va on Stroupe Mountain off of 21. The land includes: access to electricity, springs, ponds, 3 feilds one of which that is entirely level(3 acre) and a larger feild of roughly 5-6 acres, build in stands, a older block house in severe disrepair, mature trees and located next to the large survey allowing for mature game to inhabit the area, several level areas, overall beautiful piece of property with a variety of topograph throughout the land. The property is located between 2 mountains encompassing a ridge and most of the 2 mountains. A road also runs though the entireity of the property. Due to declining health I no longer need my 1/2 intrest in the property. According to wythe county tax ticket records my 1/2 intrest is worth 78000$. And assesment is always higher than county tax tickets. I'm letting it go at a very discounted price, 40000$. I'm posting the tax ticket value. Serious inquires only please.
